To ensure corrosion resistance, our horizontal autoclave machines are built using high-quality stainless steel. The external – internal chamber, boiler, jacket and lid are all composed of 304-grade ss in this machine. Tipple walled construction provides a high level of security. The boiler is installed and linked to the chamber separately. The boiler is also equipped with a water level indicator. Automatic low water cut-off is an optional feature that is only installed on demand. Each unit is equipped with a pressure control switch that automatically adjusts the pressure. It can handle pressures ranging from 5 to 30 psi with 1 psi accuracy. With the help of the digital controller on the front side of the machine, the user may easily set the required temperature.
The machine is equipped with a vacuum breaker, water level indicator, steam trap, and automatic pressure control switch for entirely safe operation. The entire horizontal autoclave machine is supported by a sturdy tubular stand. The autoclave requires a three-phase, 440-volt power supply, however, single-phase operation can be designed upon request. We always utilise the best rubber gasket to ensure a reliable and tight door seal. We provide a variety of extra accessories to make our horizontal autoclave well-suited to your application and to make your work easier. Internal tank volumes range from 78 to 360 litres in the base range, but depending on the customer’s needs and usage, these can be expanded to a maximum of 600 litres. Customers who require horizontal autoclaves with capacities less than 78 litres can have them built to order.
